How we have reached this far

For 20 years, management has gone through important innovations and evolved in line with the needs and challenges faced by organizations.

Symnetics history in Brazil, Latin America and, more recently, in Africa and Europe, is intertwined with the growth trajectory of modern organizations. It has constantly sought innovative solutions to address the competitive challenges posed to its customers, operating in more and more complex environments.

Since 1989, Symnetics has developed international alliances with organizations leading the business management thinking.

In 1994, at the peak of the quality movement, Symnetics brought to Brazil W. Scheer’s architecture for integrated systems (ARIS), promoting substantial gains in efficiency inside companies.

In 1997, Symnetics introduced in Latin America the method ROI - Return On Investment, one of the management technologies devised by American company Benchmarking Partners on IT investments, which allows organizations to strategically incorporate modern business management systems in their businesses (ERPs, SCMs, among others).

In 1999 Symnetics started working with Harvard Business School Professor Robert Kaplan and David Norton, Balanced Scorecard Collaborative / Palladium founders, who created the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) management system. Since then, Symnetics has customized the BSC system and SFO practices in Brazil, Latin America and Africa, through a unique offering of professional services which combine consulting, education, conferences and research.

In 2006, consolidating its leading position in strategy execution and management, Symnetics set an alliance with Venkat Ramaswamy (Michigan University) and Francis Gouillart, founders of Experience Co-Creation Partnership (ECCP). Though this alliance a proven innovation method for Co-Creating value through Experiences was created.
